New Partnership for Critical Incident Mapping
Enabling better communication and navigation during an incident
In emergency situations, every second matters.
A modern platform should empower first responders with a centralized dashboard that provides real-time access to video feeds, remote door controls, and interactive floorplans—delivering the situational awareness needed for faster, more effective response.
The mapping provided by Critical Response Group (CRG) and combined with Connect ONE's Geoview will provide proper navigation and control during an emergency.
Geoview brings live system data into a Google Maps view, turning each location into an interactive control point for status, alerts, and device control.
Instead of checking multiple dashboards, users can quickly see which sites need attention and respond right away. From any location, alarms, troubles, and normal conditions are clearly displayed, with cameras, doors, zones, and arming functions controlled directly from the map.
Fire alarm points and environmental sensors can also be mapped, providing a unified view of security, life safety, and building conditions across all locations.

System Profiles have been redesigned to improve usability and speed. Administrators can now view actual schedule times directly within the profile—eliminating the need to navigate between screens. Built-in warnings highlight high-security functions such as card + PIN, dual authority, and easy arm/disarm, helping ensure these features are only enabled when appropriate.



Simplified Time Window Modifications
Time window management has been enhanced for a more intuitive scheduling experience. Administrators can quickly adjust access periods with clear visibility into daily time ranges, reducing the time and complexity involved in managing schedules.


Enhanced Safeguards for Area Schedule Changes
New safeguards provide proactive warnings when deleting, deactivating, or removing all time windows from an area schedule. These alerts help prevent configuration errors that could lead to unintended automatic arming and disruptions to normal facility operations.
