Unify Access Control and Video to Reduce Platform Switching
“I wish I had a smooth platform to integrate my access control with my cameras.”
That’s a pain point we continue to hear from dealers on behalf of their end users working across increasingly fragmented security environments.
Smarter Management & Operations
When systems are spread across multiple platforms, even basic tasks like correlating access events with video & analytics can require jumping between tools and interfaces. The challenge is not just visibility, but the time and effort required to interpret activity and respond across different technologies and sites.

A unified operational approach helps bring access events, video, & analytics together within a single workflow.
For dealers, one way to address this is by identifying customers already using separate access control and video platforms and bringing those systems into Connect ONE. This allows end users to view access activity and video within a more centralized operational environment, helping reduce friction and improve day-to-day visibility across systems.
Emergency Response & Situational Awareness for First Responders
In emergency situations, every second matters.
A modern platform should empower first responders with a centralized dashboard that provides real-time access to video feeds, remote door controls, and interactive floorplans—delivering the situational awareness needed for faster, more effective response.

Built on What You Already Have Installed
A unified platform that integrates with multiple manufacturers allows you to maximize existing hardware investments—eliminating the need for costly rip-and-replace upgrades while still delivering a modern, connected experience.

New Pricing Structure Designed to Simplify Sales and Build Additional Value
Based on feedback—particularly around pricing being too heavily driven by user count—we have restructured our tiers. The initial level now accommodates up to 500 users at a lower price point, and we’ve aligned the service levels to be more consistent in terms of feature availability.
Going forward, the primary differences between service levels will be:
- Event history storage (60 vs 365 days)
- Automated reporting
- Historical environmental sensor logging
This approach significantly simplifies the sales process. The base tier is expected to meet the needs of approximately 90–95% of customer applications, reducing the need to size accounts upfront. Additionally, customers will no longer be placed on a limited feature set, as most functionality is now consistent across tiers.
We are also continuing to include a baseline allocation of SMS and video events, which should help demonstrate value and drive adoption of additional services over time.
The new price guide is available on the Home tab of the Dealer Application.

Featured Solutions That Help Dealers Differentiate—Could This Benefit Your Customers?
Severe Weather Alerts
The Connect ONE® Weather Monitoring Module delivers real-time integration of National Weather Service (NWS) alerts into a unified security and building management platform.
Designed to bring severe weather intelligence directly into operational workflows, the module enables facilities to respond to critical weather events such as tornado warnings through automated system actions configured via event rules.
For example, when a tornado warning is issued by the National Weather Service, the alert is received and processed within Connect ONE as a defined weather event.
Through configurable automation rules, this event can be used to trigger connected security and life-safety systems in real time.
In practice, alerts can be integrated with control panel outputs and mass notification systems to activate site-specific emergency responses.
These responses may include strobe light activation for visual notification, PA system announcements for audible instructions, and other connected outputs tied to the security or life safety infrastructure managed through the panel.
This allows the system to extend beyond simple notification and support coordinated emergency communication across a facility.
Because the Weather Monitoring Module operates within the same unified platform as other connected systems, alerts can also be correlated with additional events such as access control activity or intrusion system status.
This allows operators and integrators to define responses based on both environmental triggers and system state, helping ensure responses are consistent with site-specific emergency procedures.
The result is a streamlined approach to severe weather response, where alerts are not only monitored in real time, but also translated into immediate, automated actions across integrated building systems through the Connect ONE platform.
