Did you Know? Faster, More Secure DMP Panel Connectivity with Persistent Connections

The DMP XR and XF Series control panels support a persistent connection option. When enabled, the panel establishes an outbound connection to the Connect ONE cloud and maintains that connection continuously. Because the connection is outbound, no inbound firewall ports need to be opened on the customer’s network. With the connection always active, commands are delivered and processed by the panel in near real time.

The result is the best of all worlds—enhanced security with no open ports and fast, responsive command execution.

Recent Usability Improvements

Customer Management Portal

Onscreen Alerts: Updated High and Critical alerts to display one event per alert, improving clarity and allowing individual event acknowledgment.
Enhanced Linking Between Safe Passage & Task Integration: Task Integration enables guests and visitors to control designated system functions, such as unlocking a door or gate, without an app, and can now be more easily linked to Visitor and Safe Passage check-in.
Enhanced Visualization of Sites and Areas: Users may assign customizable colors to sites and areas on their own. This enhancement makes it easier than ever to quickly interpret, identify, and distinguish between different activities or statuses at a glance.
Single Sign-On Authentication for Wallet Cards: Administrators can now require Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication when a user receives a wallet credential, ensuring authentication is completed before the card can be added to the user’s digital wallet.

Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates

UserAPI Expanded: The Connect ONE User API now supports Elk M1 systems connected through the M1XEP interface and Honeywell Vista panels, enabling control of system functions, status retrieval, and system code management.
Digital Watchdog Spectrum, Hanwha Wisenet, & EyeQ Systems: User gigest authentication does not need to be enabled for version 6.0+ NVRs.
TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.

WORKS WITH ANY ACCESS SYSTEM! -> NFC Wallet Cards - Native Apple/Google Wallet App

The Connect ONE Wallet Card Solution enables your access card on your mobile device. Now, you can use your Apple Wallet & Google Wallet to gain access to your doors, just like you use your mobile Wallet for everyday transactions. Users will now be able to forget the hassle of physical badges and simply hold their Phone to a Wavelynx reader to gain access. There are no apps, no need to unlock the device, and will continue to work for a period of time if the phone battery is low.

Works with Any Access System | Connect ONE may be used for provisioning management of the wallet card and simply transfer the associated card number into any access system of your choice!
