NEW Simplified Usage-Based Pricing to be Effective November 1st

We’re excited to announce a new usage-based pricing model designed to more fairly reflect actual application and system activity while providing greater value and flexibility.

Service Levels

ESSENTIAL

  • Expanded to 30 days of event history
  • Priced per system (includes 4 doors of access control logging)
  • Supports up to 5 users
  • ESSENTIAL+ has been removed

PRO

  • Includes many previously a-la-carte services (such as SMS and Wallet Cards)
  • Offered in user-based tiers with 1 year of event history
  • Priced per system (includes 4 doors of access control logging)
  • Includes Assets, Cases, Safe Passage, & Emergency Messaging (CAP) Modules

Why the Change?

After evaluating existing customer systems, we found that the current pricing didn’t fully reflect the level of activity generated by users. The new model adjusts proportionally to actual usage, ensuring fairness while aligning costs with application and system activity.

This also creates new opportunities for your RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) to grow naturally as your customers’ user base expands—without requiring any site changes.

Simplifying

The cost per system (control panel) is now the same for both ESSENTIAL and PRO service levels, reduced in price, and includes 4 doors of access control logging plus live zone status updates at no extra charge. (Note: zone status logging is still an additional option.)

 

Bosch B/G Firmware Update Improving Cloud Connectivity

Reliable Cloud Connectivity Achieved with the Latest Firmware

Bosch has discovered an issue regarding the B3512/ B4512 / B5512 / B6512 / B8512G / B9512G using firmware versions 3.15.024, 3.14.012, 3.14.100. These panels may lose their connection to our cloud service if connected over Ethernet which may affect the ability to connect to the panel using RPS or the Connect ONE app.

In addition B3512 / B4512 / B5512 / B6512 have the potential to not send reports to the central station receiver if connecting to cloud over Ethernet.

Did You Know? DMP Profile Permissions by Door Using the Connect ONE Access Expander

A common challenge with DMP XR systems is the need to group doors into areas for managing access permissions. The Connect ONE Access Expander (ACCEXP-XR) solves this by extending system capabilities to 90,000 users while introducing flexible permission structures.

With the Access Expander, administrators can create system profiles that individualize permissions—by area for arming/disarming, and by door for access control. Each door supports up to four time windows, allowing precise scheduling for when access is granted.

The Access Expander is a compact network appliance, powered directly by the control panel. It requires only an Ethernet connection to communicate with the DMP XR panel and Connect ONE, providing a seamless way to expand access management without additional complexity.

Recent Usability Improvements

Customer Management Portal

  • User Contact Numbers Added to Reports: The Exit Exception report, which may be used in a mustering situation to track employees left in the building, now contains their phone number so they can be contacted easily to verify their location. As a reminder, the Exit Exception report may be sent automatically upon an alarm event, such as fire alarm activation, or via a Task Rule. Likewise, the User List report also contains the users' phone number and email address.
  • Live Keyword Search in Monitor → Activity: The Filter Results options now include a live keyword search for Monitor → Activity. When enabled, enter one or more keyword(s) to instantly refine and adjust the real-time activity feed—so you only see the information you care about.
  • User Detail View from Activity & In/Out Dashboards: When viewing live real-time activity or the In/Out dashboards, the displayed user will now include all relevant information. This enhancement provides quick access to their contact details as well as a 30-day history of activity, making it easier to review and verify user status directly from the dashboard.

Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates

  • Agency Code Audit: An all encompassing user audit page has been added for the Agency codes/cards. This single screen will show all agency users across all shared customer systems in one-place for easy auditing and adding of users into new locations.
  • EyeQ Monitoring NVR Integration: The EyeQ Monitoring NVR platform has been added for integration into Connect ONE. This includes live and playback viewing, receiving health/analytical information, and pushing intrusion/access events into the NVR for bookmarking and other actions. https://eyeqmonitoring.com
  • Bosch Cloud Supervision Improved: Previously a test report needed to be programmed into the panel to supervise the connection in Connect ONE, now Bosch Cloud connected panels will automatically be supervised every 30 minutes alleviating the need for a programmed test report.
  • TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.
