Recent Usability Improvements [Show All]

Customer Management Portal

  • User Contact Numbers Added to Reports: The Exit Exception report, which may be used in a mustering situation to track employees left in the building, now contains their phone number so they can be contacted easily to verify their location. As a reminder, the Exit Exception report may be sent automatically upon an alarm event, such as fire alarm activation, or via a Task Rule. Likewise, the User List report also contains the users' phone number and email address.
  • Live Keyword Search in Monitor → Activity: The Filter Results options now include a live keyword search for Monitor → Activity. When enabled, enter one or more keyword(s) to instantly refine and adjust the real-time activity feed—so you only see the information you care about.
  • User Detail View from Activity & In/Out Dashboards: When viewing live real-time activity or the In/Out dashboards, the displayed user will now include all relevant information. This enhancement provides quick access to their contact details as well as a 30-day history of activity, making it easier to review and verify user status directly from the dashboard.

Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates

  • Agency Code Audit: An all encompassing user audit page has been added for the Agency codes/cards. This single screen will show all agency users across all shared customer systems in one-place for easy auditing and adding of users into new locations.
  • EyeQ Monitoring NVR Integration: The EyeQ Monitoring NVR platform has been added for integration into Connect ONE. This includes live and playback viewing, receiving health/analytical information, and pushing intrusion/access events into the NVR for bookmarking and other actions. https://eyeqmonitoring.com
  • Bosch Cloud Supervision Improved: Previously a test report needed to be programmed into the panel to supervise the connection in Connect ONE, now Bosch Cloud connected panels will automatically be supervised every 30 minutes alleviating the need for a programmed test report.
